Not sure I agree with the "Fitnessgram" the school sends out now with Field Day - seems they check the kids 2x a year and label things like their BMI and other various measurements and on the letters show warnings if they are under weight etc. Of course they label him as so same with Josh on physicals. With their age and the fact I can't keep them sitting still it's hard to be sure they eat a massive meal every time they sit at the table. They snack during the day and don't appear to be unhealthy, get needed fruits and veggies also... Wonder if they put something about needing weight loss on the forms for the kids on the other side of the scale. I don't remember them weighing us and doing a body fat check with our field days, anyone else? They wonder why we are such a body conscious society but when they start these things at 7 and comment about  needing to loose or gain weight no wonder everyone has such negative body concepts.
