Anyone want to tell me what the hell I'm on about? Cause I can't figure it out either.

Civilization. An advanced state of human society, in which a high level of culture, science, industry, and government has been reached as so defined by Random House publishing.
Civilization is myth.
Turn off your music, let the silence flood your ears. Just wait patiently. And you can hear it. You can hear the glass break, the shattering of a broken society crumbling into thousands of splintered pieces too small to distinguish from the rest. For the grandeur of a false society is not but a mere disguise. Civilization is not merely breaking, it is shattered beyond even the slightest hopes.
Hope. The feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best.
Hope is useless.
Give up hope, for hope has become a last cause. Hope has been abandoned generations ago, betrayed for the sake of avarice. Greed claims our lives, rots us from the time we are birthed. Hope is a lost concept, a fairytale story if you will. A person cannot hope to further his or herself on hope and hope alone. You must be greedy and deceitful. Rise quicker than those around you or fall into the desolate pit of poverty from which escape has occurred so little that even those with nothing left to lose are yet unable to hope for more.
Glutton. A person with a remarkably great desire or capacity for something.
Gluttony is our destruction.
The human state of gluttony is not unknown nor is it uncommon. For is not man's desire for money great? Does it not lead the country further into debt, a fate to which we have resigned ourselves? We are not people of love and compassion, for the very definition has long ago been lost and is as rare as Lipotes vexillifer. Human society is now made up of people who desire to be great but history shall not recall their names, their own descendants shall forget them with three generations. Life is fleeting, but human desires are forever.
Faith. Belief that is not based on proof.
Faith is a lie.
Faith has dwindled through society until it is nothing more than a mockery. False prophets flood the Earth and fill the heads of innocent gluttons with nonexistent hope and desire to make our place in civilization whilst we have the chance. Atheism is no longer a belief of its own, as well. It is a fashion trend. People once raised as god-fearing Catholics claim Atheism as their religion.
Religion is dead. God is dead. God has deserted a pitiless society to fend for itself. All hope has been lost. We are like children left alone for a moment only to create our own demise.
