Challenge #2 - sensory roulette.

There's still a few days to run, if you're still writing, but for the moment we have four replies to this one so far. If you havn't already, go, read, leave comments, etc :D

- kaethe with Scent Memory
- randomling with Taste
- pensnest with Something In The Air
- ephemera_pop with a hearing bassed snippet

Clearly, the focus on a sense seems to lend itself to micro-focus ficlets - as my personal philosophy is that it's all in the detail that seems like a good thing to me. I also find limits helpful, in getting me to *write* - did anyone find that the implied prohibtion on the other four senses problematic? (I see randomling mentions not being able to expand her drabble much without loosing the focus - I guess taste is the most contrained of the senses, though, so that makes sense.)

How did it affect your process? (if at all). If this something that you do off your own bat when creating a scene?

As always, anyone who either didn't attempt this challenge, or who did try and found it impossible is absolutley invited to post about what and why.
