[Overview] Current J-Dorama Season - Winter 2014
Another posting copied from my private journal to provide you some first discussion material =) This time it's a short overview of the doramas for the current Winter season. Please note that I first posted this entry before the doramas started. In the meantime I started watching some - see respective forst impressions underneath.
To give a short overview, it seems like crime doramas are really popular again this season. There is also a handful of medical doramas, a few suspense themed ones and some which might turn out funny. Let's see! (Btw it's possible that I missed out on some shows, please feel free to point them out and I will add them to the list)

as a basis to do little summaries for the German forum Japanshrine (you can find that post here) which means I summarized the summaries (what a sentence XD), they gave there, in German. What I'm sharing with you now is a quick translation of my German texts so it's most likely not completely the same summary like from the page linked above and most of the time a bit shorter (I recommend you to go to jdrama.wordpress if you need more detailed information ^^). In addition please find my short opinion why I want to watch the respective dorama underneath my summaries as well.
Btw, I cathegorized the doramas into 4 cathegories for now:
1. Must watch - Those which I definitely want to watch if it's possible (that means if I get the files and preffered if they get also subbed).
2. Wanna try - Those, that sound interesting for me and I would like to try watching if it's possible.
3. Maybe - Those I'll maybe try out if there is time left and subs and files are crossing my way.
4. Not interested - Those which I'm not interested in regarding the summary (I also won't share a summary thereof here, please see the link above if you're interested)
Shitsuren Chocolatier (失恋ショコラティエ)
Summary: After his girlfriend Takahashi Saeko (Ishihara Satomi) doesn't accept his selfmade valentine's chocolate (although she loves chocolate), the 20 year old Koyurugi Sota (Matsumoto Jun) decides to go to France in order to learn to become a professional chocolatier. After some years of training he comes back to Japan and starts working in his own chocolate shop. Sota gets to know new rivals and new women and what happens then, we will have to watch...

Why I wanna watch this:
Well I guess you already can think about the reason why I want to watch this dorama. It's of course because I watch all doramas with members of Arashi as part of the cast ^^ The story maybe does not fit that much in my usual watching-list but it sounds OK. More than that there is Kato Shigeaki as part of the cast who I like a lot as well, so I'm really looking forward to this one!
Update:
Watched episode 1 so far and this dorama seems to get quite entertaining. I'm not that fond of the characters so far (at least not of Saekos character and so far Souta seems a bit stupid but year, he's quite cute as well as he is totally in love XD) but the setting is awesome, the cinematographie seems really nice and OMG the chocolate looks SO delicious XD Will see how the story developes. I'll definitely continue watching this dorama ^^
Dark System ~ Koi no Ouza Ketteisen (ダークシステム 恋の王座決定戦)
Summary: Unpopular and selfish highschool student Kagami Jiro (Yaotome Hikaru) and his friend Saionji Go (Yuge Tomohisa) are fighting for the love of Shiraishi Yuri (Tamashiro Tina) and decide to do it fair. A few days later, Saionji starts dating Yuri and Jiro wishes them all the best but shortly after he feels the desire to win her and to snatch her away from Saionji. Therefor he designs an evil machine called „Saionji Crusher“ and the real fight begins.

Why I wanna watch this:
I like late night doramas because they are short and a lot of them are funny. So if subs cross my way I want to give this a try since I also like Yaotome Hikaru and can imagine this to be a funny dorama. Let's see ^^
Fukuie Keibuho no Aisatsu (福家警部補の挨拶)
Summary: Assistant Inspector Fukuie (Dan Rei) is extraordinary. She loses herself completely in her investigations, does not listen to her superiors when she doubts outcomes of an investigation and isn't interested in hirarchy or carreer in her job. Her boss, Inspector Ishimatsu (Inagaki Goro) therefore respects the organisation and follows her with a lot of disciplin. Other than Fukuie he likes to ivestigate in an orthodox way. Of course that means trouble between those two different characters.

Why I wanna watch this:
Since I like crime doramas, I'll maybe give it a try. Usually there are a lot of crime related doramas so I pick the ones I want to watch because of the cast. This dorama does not show much cast in which I'm interested in so maybe I'll prefer others when they started.
Team Batista Season 4 ~ Radenmeikyuu (チーム・バチスタ4 螺鈿迷宮)
Summary: The Sakuranomiya family runs a hospital which is specialized in end-of-life care as well as autopsy. One they the radiologist disappears and it seems like some secrets about hospital director Iwao (Yanagiba Toshiro) as well as his daughters Sayuri (Mizuno Miki) and Sumire (Kuriyama Chiaki) may get told.

Why I wanna watch this:
I like medical doramas and I love suspense. This sounds interesting but seems to be a 4th season. Don't know if I have to know the other seasons. So for the time being this is set as a maybe.
Ashita, Mama ga Inai (明日、ママがいない)
Summary: Maki's mother commits assault and Maki (Suzuki Rio) gets temporarily placed in the children's orphanage Kogamo no Ie. There she gets to know a group of kids who have broken with everything from their past and everything that they received from their parents, even their names. Therefore they use strange nicknames like „Post“, „Piami“ and „Bonbi“. The kids want to integrate Maki into their group and recommend her to forget her past but Maki still believes that her moterh will come and pick her up again one day.

Why I wanna watch this:
I love kids and Japanese child actors are just too cute (Mana-chan <3)! The story sounds sad but maybe it will be told with some humor as well. Somehow it caught my interest so I definitely want to watch it! Oh! Plus I see Miura Shohei listed as cast - one of my favorite actors. Another reason why to watch.
Update:
Yesterday I watched the first episode and my high expectations regarding this dorama did NOT get disappointed! This dorama seems really interesting so far, it's touching, a bit funny and somehow it's told like a fairytale... I like that. The cast (especially the kids) is just adorable and I'm already looking forward to the next episode! If I have time, I will share an introduction post for this dorama soon. ^^
Boku no Ita Jikan (僕のいた時間)
Summary: Sawada Takuto (Miura Haruma), fourth year university student, has a tough time to find a job. He's the oldest son of a hospital director and his parents wanted him to become a doctor as well but they put their hopes onto his little brother. For Takuto it's easy to befriend with women but he's not interested in romantic relationships. One day he finds out that he's suffering from an evil illness which might lead to his death. Takuko didn't pay that much attention to his future goals so far but now he starts to live the rest of his life with a positive attitude.

I'm really weak with stories about people who are going to die (I just start crying when I remember watching Kyo no Hi wa Sayonara and stuff) plus I'm not that fond of the male lead actor so for the time being it's a maybe.
Kinkyuu Torishirabeshitsu
Summary: Makabe Yukiko (Amami Yuki) is the first female lead of an elite Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. When the full responsibility of a failed negotiation in a bus hijacking gets pushed onto her, she gets trnsferred to the Emergency Investigation Response Team, short Kintori. Together with some strange specialists in her new team she now has to play mind games with criminals in order to find out the truth.

It's a crime series, I like doramas featuring mind games and the lead is Amami Yuki, so this REALLY sounds interesting! Looking forward to this one! Unfortunately there are no subs yet.
Dr. DMAT
Summary: The Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) got formed after the great earthquake of Hanshin-Awaji in 1995 and consists of specialists for accidents caused by catastrophes. Most of them are not fully employed there but work in other hospitals. These doctors have to work under enorm conditions, often without the required equipment and often have to decide about live and death. Yakumo Hibiki (Okura Tadayoshi) works in the Tokio Arisugawa General Hospital and was employed in the emergency room until he got transferred to the department for internal medicine one year ago after he was too shocked because couldn't save his little sister (Takimoto Miori) who met an accident and fell into a coma. Nevertheless newly appointed hospital director (Kunimura Jun) suggests Yakumo as a member of DMAT.

Why I wanna watch this:
The summary sounds thrilling, the CM looks thrilling as well, it's a medical dorama but will also show other aspects then the happenings within a hospital and it features Okura Tadayoshi, one of my favorite actors. The rest of the cast seems interesting as well. I'm looking forward to this show! Unfortunately this dorama didn't get subs yet either.
Yamikin Ushijima-kun Season 2
Summary: Ushijima Kaoru (Yamada Takayuki), boss of Cowcow Finance is known to deal on the black market. His company lends money for unbelievable high interests of 5% every 10 days and they act hard on deptors. Slowly but surely the company seems to break and to drive into crisis.

I have to say somehow the promotion pic caught my interest and I think this could be fun. Also I'm a huge fan of Ayano Go <3. But it's a second season... so maybe I should watch first season before trying this? xD
Tenchuu ~ Yami no Shiokinin
Summary: The mysterious beauti Sana (Ono Yuriko) with a large scar on her back, suddenly appears in a town in Japan and nowbody knows who she is and where she comes from. She possesses extraordinary physical strenght but she has built up an emotional barrier around herself. Murata Masako (Izumi Pinko) picks up Sana and lets her live with her. She quickly finds out that with Sana's help and abilities they can solve cases in which the police often does not succeed like cases dealing with domestic violence or swindle. Masako doesn't believe in the police because 24 years ago her 17 year old daughter Yukari got missed and the police didn't manage to find a clue yet. While the women work together, also Sana's mystery seems to get solved with the time going by.

Yoru no Sensei (夜のせんせい)
Summary: Yoruno Sakura (Mizuki Arisa) is indiscrete and unlucky. After she had to go through a lot of trouble in her life, she finally starts her job as a teacher in a parttime school. Although the is insensitive and irresponsile, she wants to helt per students to accomplish their dreams.

This sounds funny and it deals with parttime schools (I always wondered if something like that exists in Japan so I'm curious ^^). I hope that this does not turn out like „typical“ school doramas and the cast seems promising as well.
Watashi no Kiraina Tantei
Summary: Student Ninomiya Akemi (Goriki Ayama) is a mystery buff. When private detective Ukai Morio (Tamaki Hiroshi) moves into her building which has cheap rent, she takes every opportunity to dig her nose into his cases. Since murder cases don't pay off well, Morio usually specializes onto examining infidelity and lost cats and dogs of celebrities, at least that's the case until Akemi starts dragging him into several murder cases.

Why I wanna watch this:
Another detective dorama, yei! This sounds as it could be funny and sometimes we also need funny stuff, ne? I don't like Goriki Ayame that much but I liked her a lot in Biblia... I guess this time her character will be a bit more annoying again but I hope that Tamaki Hiroshi will compensate that for me. I'm really curious about that dorama. Hope it will be fun!
From what I heard from other people, many compare this dorama with the one Takei Emi is acting in and it seems like the one with Takei is much better. I would like to try myself and to decide but for now there are no subs of Watashi no Kiraina Tantei so I have to wait.
Nazo no Tenkousei (なぞの転校生)
Summary: Iwata Koichi (Nakamura Aoi) and Kagawa Midori (Sakurai Minami) are second year high school students. One day on they way home from school they watch a shootig star. The next day, Midori suddenly sees a shining figure at school and everyone starts talking about a ghost. At the same time the mysterious exchange student Yamazawa Norio (Kanata Hongo) appears and moves in next door to Koichi. Whenever Noriao show up, strange stuff happens around Koichi but slowly the mystery gets solved.

Senryokugai Sousakan (戦力外捜査官)
Summary: Beautiful Rookie Detective Umizuki Chinami (Takei Emi) and handsome Detective Shitara Kyosuke (TAKAHIRO) get paired up as a team for the First Incestigative Division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Kyosuke's future seemed to be promising until clumsy Chinami became his partner. Despite both of them have to fight with harsh critique from their supirior, they manage more and more often to solve difficult cases.

And another detective dorama XD What did I say? There are a lot coming up! This sounds funny as well but tbh my main reason to watch this is because I like Takei Emi that much. ^^ I'm curious to see her acting in different roles and I guess it's her first time as a detective, even if she acted in a detective dorama (Otenki Oneesan) before, right? Looking forward to see her as a clumsy detective <3

Watched 2 episodes so far and I really really enjoy this dorama! It's really funny and the two main characters are so lovely. I love them. Can't wait for the next episode!
Lost Days (ロストデイズ)
Summary: In winter, a group of seven university students who are members of the same tennisclub decide to make a journey to a cottage in the mountains in order to celebrate their graduation. Despite it seems that all of them are good friends, each of them hides secrets and feelings like love or jealousy. Things don't work according to plan and when a murder takes place, fear and doubt spreads among the friends.

I loooove suspense doramas! This sounds thrilling, with the hidden emotions and the murder... so I definitely want to watch it!
Update:
Watched episode 1 raw so far and I really liked it! It's interesting and mysterious, so it's absolutely my taste! That's why I decided to sub this dorama. I'll give my best to provide subs as soon as possible and hope that this way a lot of people will be able to enjoy this dorama.
Dai Tokyo Toy Box (大東京トイボックス)
Summary: Momoda Momo (Adachi Rika) wants to become a game creator but didn't succeed yet. Fially she gets employed by Studio G3 as a trainee game planner. She's not really talented but she brings the right spirit and enthusiasm and definitely a lot of trouble as well. While Momo gets frustrated more and more, Studio G3 has to fight against other sorrows (and people) on its own. Sequel to Tokyo Toy Box.

Only a maybe because I couldn't finish the first season yet (Fall 2013) due to the lack of subs. Once I've finished the first season I guess I'll watch the second as well since its episodes are short and the characters are funny.
Shark
Summary: Five-member band shark dreams about changing the word with their music and about a major debut of course. Lead by the bit weird but promising vocalist Kurata Mizuki (Hirano Sho) the band finally gets a closer to their goal by taking tiny steps and don't think about giving up at all but then Mizuki dies in an accident...

Why I wanna watch this:
I love music and stories dealing with music so the genre definitely gets me. More than that there are some promising young actors listed as cast (I like Mano Erina or Matsumura Hokuto for example but I really hope his role this time is more likeable than his role in Pin to Kona >.> btw his hairstyle didn't suit him at all...) Looking forward to this one!
Update:
Watched episode 1 raw so far and I heard that they will be subs but I don't know the details. Ep 1 was quite interesting so far and for a latenight dorama this one seems to have quite high quality. I definitely want to continue watching this one.
S ~ Saigo no Keikan (S-最後の警官-)
Summary: The NPS (National Police Safety Rescue) is a special team of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, which happens to possess the mobility of the Special Unit (SAT) as well as the investigative skills of the Special Investigation Team (SIT). It's responsible for bringing criminals into custody alive. The former boxer Kamikura Ichigo (Mukai Osamu) and the SAT's best sniper Soga Iori (Ayano Go) are part of this team.

Hanasaku Ashita
Summary: The Hamasakis are a family containing of five siblings, including the eldest, 35 year old Asa. Each of them is facing challenges in their lives. Suddenly their 60 year old mother, Fuuko who seperated from her children 20 years ago returns from Italy. She's loves live and good food but she's a show-off. Despite her friction with Asa, she manages to see the problems of her children and helps them to find their paths in live.

To be honest, I have a soft spot for family doramas, that's why I want to try this one as well.
Ooooh I think there are already too many doramas that I want to try XD Somehow I get the feeling that with each new season the number of doramas I want to watch increases dramatically o.o
Oh btw I'm missing a few actors the upcoming season... No Sakai Masato? No Aragaki Yui? And when to we finally get a new dorama starring Nino? T___T It's so long since freeter (and Kuruma Isu and Platina Data...) I definitely need something new starring Nino, please!!!!!

Inpei Sousa (隠蔽捜査) - crime dorama but I don't know the cast and there are already a lot of other crime doramas I want to try.
Kami no Tsuki (紙の月) - summary reminds me on Hanzawa Naoki only with a female lead. I liked Hanzawa Naoki (especially because of Sakai Masato I have to admit) but I'm not sure how this will be.
Nezumi, Edo o Hashiru - hmmmm well, lately I'm thinking about trying it but I'm not sure yet and it depends on my time.
Isharyou Bengoshi ~ Anata no Namida, Okane ni Kaemashou - I like doramas featuring lawyers but this sounds like it only wants to ride the Legal High - wave so I'm not sure if it will be really interesting. Guess I'll skip it.
Iryu 4 Team Medical Dragon (医龍4〜Team Medical Dragon〜) - medical dorama but 4th season of something so I guess I'll skip it and concentrate on new stuff.
Gunshi Kanbei - not that I'm not interested in Japanese history but I'm more interested in modern stories and time is limited so also no to this one.
Chi no Wadachi - Another crime dorama. Well... maaaaaybe I'll take a look when I come across but more likely not. Already so many that I want to watch XD

To give a short overview, it seems like crime doramas are really popular again this season. There is also a handful of medical doramas, a few suspense themed ones and some which might turn out funny. Let's see! (Btw it's possible that I missed out on some shows, please feel free to point them out and I will add them to the list)

as a basis to do little summaries for the German forum Japanshrine (you can find that post here) which means I summarized the summaries (what a sentence XD), they gave there, in German. What I'm sharing with you now is a quick translation of my German texts so it's most likely not completely the same summary like from the page linked above and most of the time a bit shorter (I recommend you to go to jdrama.wordpress if you need more detailed information ^^). In addition please find my short opinion why I want to watch the respective dorama underneath my summaries as well.
Btw, I cathegorized the doramas into 4 cathegories for now:
1. Must watch - Those which I definitely want to watch if it's possible (that means if I get the files and preffered if they get also subbed).
2. Wanna try - Those, that sound interesting for me and I would like to try watching if it's possible.
3. Maybe - Those I'll maybe try out if there is time left and subs and files are crossing my way.
4. Not interested - Those which I'm not interested in regarding the summary (I also won't share a summary thereof here, please see the link above if you're interested)
Shitsuren Chocolatier (失恋ショコラティエ)
Summary: After his girlfriend Takahashi Saeko (Ishihara Satomi) doesn't accept his selfmade valentine's chocolate (although she loves chocolate), the 20 year old Koyurugi Sota (Matsumoto Jun) decides to go to France in order to learn to become a professional chocolatier. After some years of training he comes back to Japan and starts working in his own chocolate shop. Sota gets to know new rivals and new women and what happens then, we will have to watch...

Why I wanna watch this:
Well I guess you already can think about the reason why I want to watch this dorama. It's of course because I watch all doramas with members of Arashi as part of the cast ^^ The story maybe does not fit that much in my usual watching-list but it sounds OK. More than that there is Kato Shigeaki as part of the cast who I like a lot as well, so I'm really looking forward to this one!
Update:
Watched episode 1 so far and this dorama seems to get quite entertaining. I'm not that fond of the characters so far (at least not of Saekos character and so far Souta seems a bit stupid but year, he's quite cute as well as he is totally in love XD) but the setting is awesome, the cinematographie seems really nice and OMG the chocolate looks SO delicious XD Will see how the story developes. I'll definitely continue watching this dorama ^^
Dark System ~ Koi no Ouza Ketteisen (ダークシステム 恋の王座決定戦)
Summary: Unpopular and selfish highschool student Kagami Jiro (Yaotome Hikaru) and his friend Saionji Go (Yuge Tomohisa) are fighting for the love of Shiraishi Yuri (Tamashiro Tina) and decide to do it fair. A few days later, Saionji starts dating Yuri and Jiro wishes them all the best but shortly after he feels the desire to win her and to snatch her away from Saionji. Therefor he designs an evil machine called „Saionji Crusher“ and the real fight begins.

I like late night doramas because they are short and a lot of them are funny. So if subs cross my way I want to give this a try since I also like Yaotome Hikaru and can imagine this to be a funny dorama. Let's see ^^
Fukuie Keibuho no Aisatsu (福家警部補の挨拶)
Summary: Assistant Inspector Fukuie (Dan Rei) is extraordinary. She loses herself completely in her investigations, does not listen to her superiors when she doubts outcomes of an investigation and isn't interested in hirarchy or carreer in her job. Her boss, Inspector Ishimatsu (Inagaki Goro) therefore respects the organisation and follows her with a lot of disciplin. Other than Fukuie he likes to ivestigate in an orthodox way. Of course that means trouble between those two different characters.

Why I wanna watch this:
Since I like crime doramas, I'll maybe give it a try. Usually there are a lot of crime related doramas so I pick the ones I want to watch because of the cast. This dorama does not show much cast in which I'm interested in so maybe I'll prefer others when they started.

Summary: The Sakuranomiya family runs a hospital which is specialized in end-of-life care as well as autopsy. One they the radiologist disappears and it seems like some secrets about hospital director Iwao (Yanagiba Toshiro) as well as his daughters Sayuri (Mizuno Miki) and Sumire (Kuriyama Chiaki) may get told.

Ashita, Mama ga Inai (明日、ママがいない)
Summary: Maki's mother commits assault and Maki (Suzuki Rio) gets temporarily placed in the children's orphanage Kogamo no Ie. There she gets to know a group of kids who have broken with everything from their past and everything that they received from their parents, even their names. Therefore they use strange nicknames like „Post“, „Piami“ and „Bonbi“. The kids want to integrate Maki into their group and recommend her to forget her past but Maki still believes that her moterh will come and pick her up again one day.

Why I wanna watch this:
I love kids and Japanese child actors are just too cute (Mana-chan <3)! The story sounds sad but maybe it will be told with some humor as well. Somehow it caught my interest so I definitely want to watch it! Oh! Plus I see Miura Shohei listed as cast - one of my favorite actors. Another reason why to watch.
Update:
Yesterday I watched the first episode and my high expectations regarding this dorama did NOT get disappointed! This dorama seems really interesting so far, it's touching, a bit funny and somehow it's told like a fairytale... I like that. The cast (especially the kids) is just adorable and I'm already looking forward to the next episode! If I have time, I will share an introduction post for this dorama soon. ^^
Boku no Ita Jikan (僕のいた時間)
Summary: Sawada Takuto (Miura Haruma), fourth year university student, has a tough time to find a job. He's the oldest son of a hospital director and his parents wanted him to become a doctor as well but they put their hopes onto his little brother. For Takuto it's easy to befriend with women but he's not interested in romantic relationships. One day he finds out that he's suffering from an evil illness which might lead to his death. Takuko didn't pay that much attention to his future goals so far but now he starts to live the rest of his life with a positive attitude.

Kinkyuu Torishirabeshitsu
Summary: Makabe Yukiko (Amami Yuki) is the first female lead of an elite Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. When the full responsibility of a failed negotiation in a bus hijacking gets pushed onto her, she gets trnsferred to the Emergency Investigation Response Team, short Kintori. Together with some strange specialists in her new team she now has to play mind games with criminals in order to find out the truth.

Dr. DMAT
Summary: The Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) got formed after the great earthquake of Hanshin-Awaji in 1995 and consists of specialists for accidents caused by catastrophes. Most of them are not fully employed there but work in other hospitals. These doctors have to work under enorm conditions, often without the required equipment and often have to decide about live and death. Yakumo Hibiki (Okura Tadayoshi) works in the Tokio Arisugawa General Hospital and was employed in the emergency room until he got transferred to the department for internal medicine one year ago after he was too shocked because couldn't save his little sister (Takimoto Miori) who met an accident and fell into a coma. Nevertheless newly appointed hospital director (Kunimura Jun) suggests Yakumo as a member of DMAT.

The summary sounds thrilling, the CM looks thrilling as well, it's a medical dorama but will also show other aspects then the happenings within a hospital and it features Okura Tadayoshi, one of my favorite actors. The rest of the cast seems interesting as well. I'm looking forward to this show! Unfortunately this dorama didn't get subs yet either.
Yamikin Ushijima-kun Season 2
Summary: Ushijima Kaoru (Yamada Takayuki), boss of Cowcow Finance is known to deal on the black market. His company lends money for unbelievable high interests of 5% every 10 days and they act hard on deptors. Slowly but surely the company seems to break and to drive into crisis.

Tenchuu ~ Yami no Shiokinin
Summary: The mysterious beauti Sana (Ono Yuriko) with a large scar on her back, suddenly appears in a town in Japan and nowbody knows who she is and where she comes from. She possesses extraordinary physical strenght but she has built up an emotional barrier around herself. Murata Masako (Izumi Pinko) picks up Sana and lets her live with her. She quickly finds out that with Sana's help and abilities they can solve cases in which the police often does not succeed like cases dealing with domestic violence or swindle. Masako doesn't believe in the police because 24 years ago her 17 year old daughter Yukari got missed and the police didn't manage to find a clue yet. While the women work together, also Sana's mystery seems to get solved with the time going by.

Summary: Student Ninomiya Akemi (Goriki Ayama) is a mystery buff. When private detective Ukai Morio (Tamaki Hiroshi) moves into her building which has cheap rent, she takes every opportunity to dig her nose into his cases. Since murder cases don't pay off well, Morio usually specializes onto examining infidelity and lost cats and dogs of celebrities, at least that's the case until Akemi starts dragging him into several murder cases.

Another detective dorama, yei! This sounds as it could be funny and sometimes we also need funny stuff, ne? I don't like Goriki Ayame that much but I liked her a lot in Biblia... I guess this time her character will be a bit more annoying again but I hope that Tamaki Hiroshi will compensate that for me. I'm really curious about that dorama. Hope it will be fun!
From what I heard from other people, many compare this dorama with the one Takei Emi is acting in and it seems like the one with Takei is much better. I would like to try myself and to decide but for now there are no subs of Watashi no Kiraina Tantei so I have to wait.
Nazo no Tenkousei (なぞの転校生)
Summary: Iwata Koichi (Nakamura Aoi) and Kagawa Midori (Sakurai Minami) are second year high school students. One day on they way home from school they watch a shootig star. The next day, Midori suddenly sees a shining figure at school and everyone starts talking about a ghost. At the same time the mysterious exchange student Yamazawa Norio (Kanata Hongo) appears and moves in next door to Koichi. Whenever Noriao show up, strange stuff happens around Koichi but slowly the mystery gets solved.

Senryokugai Sousakan (戦力外捜査官)
Summary: Beautiful Rookie Detective Umizuki Chinami (Takei Emi) and handsome Detective Shitara Kyosuke (TAKAHIRO) get paired up as a team for the First Incestigative Division of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Kyosuke's future seemed to be promising until clumsy Chinami became his partner. Despite both of them have to fight with harsh critique from their supirior, they manage more and more often to solve difficult cases.

This sounds funny as well but tbh my main reason to watch this is because I like Takei Emi that much. ^^ I'm curious to see her acting in different roles and I guess it's her first time as a detective, even if she acted in a detective dorama (Otenki Oneesan) before, right? Looking forward to see her as a clumsy detective <3

Watched 2 episodes so far and I really really enjoy this dorama! It's really funny and the two main characters are so lovely. I love them. Can't wait for the next episode!
Lost Days (ロストデイズ)
Summary: In winter, a group of seven university students who are members of the same tennisclub decide to make a journey to a cottage in the mountains in order to celebrate their graduation. Despite it seems that all of them are good friends, each of them hides secrets and feelings like love or jealousy. Things don't work according to plan and when a murder takes place, fear and doubt spreads among the friends.

Watched episode 1 raw so far and I really liked it! It's interesting and mysterious, so it's absolutely my taste! That's why I decided to sub this dorama. I'll give my best to provide subs as soon as possible and hope that this way a lot of people will be able to enjoy this dorama.
Dai Tokyo Toy Box (大東京トイボックス)
Summary: Momoda Momo (Adachi Rika) wants to become a game creator but didn't succeed yet. Fially she gets employed by Studio G3 as a trainee game planner. She's not really talented but she brings the right spirit and enthusiasm and definitely a lot of trouble as well. While Momo gets frustrated more and more, Studio G3 has to fight against other sorrows (and people) on its own. Sequel to Tokyo Toy Box.

Summary: Five-member band shark dreams about changing the word with their music and about a major debut of course. Lead by the bit weird but promising vocalist Kurata Mizuki (Hirano Sho) the band finally gets a closer to their goal by taking tiny steps and don't think about giving up at all but then Mizuki dies in an accident...

I love music and stories dealing with music so the genre definitely gets me. Looking forward to this one!

Watched episode 1 raw so far and I heard that they will be subs but I don't know the details. Ep 1 was quite interesting so far and for a latenight dorama this one seems to have quite high quality. I definitely want to continue watching this one.

Summary: The NPS (National Police Safety Rescue) is a special team of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, which happens to possess the mobility of the Special Unit (SAT) as well as the investigative skills of the Special Investigation Team (SIT). It's responsible for bringing criminals into custody alive. The former boxer Kamikura Ichigo (Mukai Osamu) and the SAT's best sniper Soga Iori (Ayano Go) are part of this team.

Summary: The Hamasakis are a family containing of five siblings, including the eldest, 35 year old Asa. Each of them is facing challenges in their lives. Suddenly their 60 year old mother, Fuuko who seperated from her children 20 years ago returns from Italy. She's loves live and good food but she's a show-off. To be honest, I have a soft spot for family doramas, that's why I want to try this one as well.
Ooooh I think there are already too many doramas that I want to try XD Somehow I get the feeling that with each new season the number of doramas I want to watch increases dramatically o.o
Oh btw I'm missing a few actors the upcoming season... No Sakai Masato? No Aragaki Yui? And when to we finally get a new dorama starring Nino? T___T It's so long since freeter (and Kuruma Isu and Platina Data...) I definitely need something new starring Nino, please!!!!!

Inpei Sousa (隠蔽捜査) - crime dorama but I don't know the cast and there are already a lot of other crime doramas I want to try.
Kami no Tsuki (紙の月) - summary reminds me on Hanzawa Naoki only with a female lead. I liked Hanzawa Naoki (especially because of Sakai Masato I have to admit) but I'm not sure how this will be.
Nezumi, Edo o Hashiru - hmmmm well, lately I'm thinking about trying it but I'm not sure yet and it depends on my time.
Isharyou Bengoshi ~ Anata no Namida, Okane ni Kaemashou - I like doramas featuring lawyers but this sounds like it only wants to ride the Legal High - wave so I'm not sure if it will be really interesting. Guess I'll skip it.
Iryu 4 Team Medical Dragon (医龍4〜Team Medical Dragon〜) - medical dorama but 4th season of something so I guess I'll skip it and concentrate on new stuff.
Gunshi Kanbei - not that I'm not interested in Japanese history but I'm more interested in modern stories and time is limited so also no to this one.
Chi no Wadachi - Another crime dorama. Well... maaaaaybe I'll take a look when I come across but more likely not. Already so many that I want to watch XD
