I have an available Spring and or Summer sublease for a furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in a 4 bed/ 4 bath in super-nice Gainesville Place Apartments!!!
Since I'm posting this for my boyfriend, only males should apply.
He's looking for about $400 a month, which includes ALL of your utilities, including high-speed Internet! He's picking up a chunk of the rent expense so he can sublease it.
You could move in at the beginning of January and the lease goes through mid-August.
The roommates are all really nice, clean guys and it's on 3 bus routes. It's a great deal!
