I officially declared my major today. I'm now majoring in Spanish and minoring in Anthropology. Neat-o.
The program that I was planning to go to Spain with will only allow me to take two of the classes I need, so now I'm going to Madrid instead of Murcia. Now when people ask me where I'm going to live next year, I don't have to have a lisp when I tell them ("Mursthia!"). So that's nice.
The semester in Madrid starts Sept 27 which means I will officially have the longest summer break EVER. May to October. Oh yeah.
It's funny because today I got all excited about organizing my future and my life and felt very put together and then I remembered the five midterms and two terms papers I have in the next two weeks that I have yet to do anything about. So then I was back to being unorganized with no future.
But it was nice while it lasted.
PS Guess whose phone number Zeiger found? Because of his Jewish guilt tripping skills, I'm now a horrible person if I don't go to his self important presentation thing on Friday. Dammit! I think the only way for him to stop contacting me is to show up belligerently drunk.
Oh well, at least I have a good date.
