Sour cream frosting
Ingredients
1/4 butter or margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/3 - 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
Directions
1. melt butter in pan over low heat
2. Cool for 3 min
3. Stir in sour cream
4. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar at a time, beating with electric mixer until smooth and of spreading consistency
