Holland to China! Cool!
Guy came in today from Holland. His name was Doug and is a friend of my friend Tim.
He actually lives in China. He speaks Chinese. His girlfriend is Chinese. He is a tour guide there...which he says pays him very well.
Suggested that if I want to teach English...there's plenty of money in China.
I can think of other things I could do there too.
We talked about foods in China. I've had some...even some strange things. Obviously, I don't eat dogs and such though...guess I would if it was food and I was hungry.
Sounds like fun.
He's going from Holland to Beijing on the Trans-Siberian.
That sounds fun!
Hmmm...I find that I have many more options than I believed to do many different things around the world.
Always being held back by something though...at least this time it's not me.
What to do next? That's my real question.
