On Ice

Well, my Friday has been slightly re-arranged for other people's needs.

I really don't mind that sometimes. Sometimes it's to my benefit and others it leaves me with some other problems in the rescheduling.

Friday morning works out fine, with a short stint of work with minor business included (after work, which is nice).

Friday evening, which I would have enjoyed anyway--even working--has been painstakingly arranged in order to attend a 'figure skating' event. I'm not much of a fan, whether those involved are gold medalists or clumsy children, I generally having the desire. While I appreciate the art and grandeur of such, there are other events which I would normally prefer, and many cultural events in Russia that I just haven't gotten around to attending.

Anyway, I'm sure to enjoy it, and I'm sure that it will be interesting for me. Although, I generally would prefer theatre to an ice show. (Yes, 'theater' and 'theatre' are the same word, just from different continents, stupid spell checkers.)

work, schedules, performance, art, spelling, fridays, theater, ice show, theatre
