one of my best friends from college came into town last night. it was amazing. nicole, jesse, mouse and I had one of the most intellectually meaningful conversations last night. all this time, this is what i have been wanting/needing: people on the same intellectual page as me to discuss shit thats going on, in life, and in the world. i feel like my life is really coming together and i will be able to reap the rewards of my work. this is the perfect time for me to have mouse in my life. he is the catalyst i have been longing for. this is the perfect time for my cumulative actions and thoughts to materialize into action. i am nearly ready for my defense tomorrow, there are still loose ends to pick up and practice. My dad is driving down from NY to see my presentation. i am impressed, maybe he'll give me a present. also, last night between the hours of 4 and 5 am i made plans for about the next two years. only thing is - i cant tell anyone what they are. i may go soon. i may not come back. it is the initiation of these plans that i am unsure about; when and where first remains my ultimate decision.
