Valentine's Weekend
You all know I'm not much of a Valentine's Day celebratrix. HOWEVER! Sunday was the anniversary of our 1st wedding in 2004. It was Friday the 13th of that year, as a matter of fact. So I am simply STUFFED WITH LOVE today, people! Mrs. Skwashy bought me flowers and took me out to a wonderful beer-and-sauerkraut supper Sunday at Rosamunde on Mission Street. The staff will pair the sausage with the right beer if you like, but I had Speakeasy Prohibition Ale with mine, along with a lovely mild dilly sauerkraut and fried onions. It truly was a meal to induce flatulence, but for some reason it didn't. My interiors probably are waiting for the perfect time to embarrass me.
A client called me "sweetie" a few minutes ago and I just DISSOLVED into happiness, which I don't normally do. So call me "sweetie" today if you want something from me. I cannot refuse.
Oh---it's SF Beer Week. A week of pure heaven.
