Ok this is directed at Xinkz more than anyone really:
I'm pretty sure my mom's computer would be able to run TF2??? She has a desktop she's been borrowing from work (I don't know why, she just plays Facebook games on it lol) but poking around on it, it looks like it meets the recommended system requirements??? Am downloading, will update later.
Edit: Yes, it works pretty well, in fact! Though I'm only playing offline for now. Also I was so engrossed that I missed Dad calling about some "urgent crime alert" in the neighborhood??? Whoops! But he's home for lunch and told me about it. And I am still here and so is everything else so at least we are OK.
