Join the Nazi party kiddies.......
So I've been involved in some lj drama lol. Its all too fucking funny.
Someone called me a Nazi because I hate people who fake having a disorder just so they can get pity. Its pathetic and demeaning to people who actually have the disorder.
I spent my summers from the ages of 12-17 teaching mentally challenged and handicapped kids to ride horses. I did not recieve any pay for this. I did it because I like working with other people and teaching them about something I love. I got to be very close to one of the girl who rode with us. She has Cerebral Palsy. Even after she went back to Arizona we still talked and kept in touch.
I was a live in nanny for over 6 months to 4 boys who all had various degrees of mental problems. The youngest who was 2 was autistic. I loved those kids soo much and I would still be working for the family if I hadn't decided to go to college. They moved to Alabama and offered to take me along and keep a horse for me. I am still in touch with them to this day.
I have many friends who are gay/lesbian. Two of my closest friends are lesbians.
If I were a Nazi, wouldn't I hate all of the people I just described? To me, a Nazi hates things that are different. I don't hate people because their a different color or religion. I don't hate people because they are of a different sexual oreintation than I am. I don't hate people who are handicapped or mentally challenged. What I do hate are people who are assholes/douchebags/self rightous bitches/people with no compassion. I am far from being a Nazi.
But all in all, this is just super amusing to me :) Have fun kiddies!!!!!
