I'm 99.9% sure that I will be moving out here to Utah which is a helluva lot closer to you than Virginia is and this house does have a guest room. Now, whether we could work out the logistics or not remains to be seen but perhaps we can cook up something in the future from either of our ends. Meanwhile, lots of changes a comin'... (phew!)
