It looks like somehow, Sho succeeded. If that's the case, we don't really have a choice but to play his game.
I don't think many people know the rules, so if you need any help, you can just ask me!
The first thing you should do is find a partner. Otherwise, you wont be able to do anything, and you'll just be sitting ducks for the Noise.
You should have a pin that looks like this:

Using that, you'll be able to see the Noise, as well as read some people's thoughts. There's a little more you can do with it, but... I don't think you'll need to use it on the first mission.
