I want a novel I haven't read before so bad. And of course, this strikes me on Memorial Day, when I can't just wander slowly to the library to pick something out. I don't even know if Hasting's is open, and even if it is, I'm not sure I would actually buy something. I've grown so accustomed to NOT BUYING that unless something's been on the list for at least a couple of weeks it just doesn't get bought. And of course, the local used bookstore has moved to a non-walkable location, so I can't pop over there and grab something if I decided to buy. Granted, Hasting's does used, too, but the selection is more limited and the prices higher.

Maybe I'll pop on over, anyway...I've got some extra money this week and maybe they'll have something used or on clearance...never hurts to look.
