Just clearing out some old email from 2000 where I was negotiating with somebody to do their web design. Their attitude was very much that they draw it in Photoshop and I "program it". We had a disagreement about how text should be handled -- they thought it was fine to put all the text in images so that every word would be in exactly the right place and font. I thought that presented some disadvantages.
Out of curiosity I went to look at their website today. They went bust.
