Well, I found out who made "Can you please fuck off in that direction?" icon!
It's by goddess_naunett at the random_hotties comm. The icon is in this post. I just thought I'd let everyone know since everyone else wanted to know who made the icon as well.
I still have not found out who made those three Terry icons though :(
