Somebody on onepieceyaoi posted one of these things for Chaka/Pell that was amazingly written, so I decided to take a stab at doing Zoro/Luffy

Yeah, there is always a serious lack of ZoroLu in the fandom. I'm always a little bitter about it because ZoSan gets all the attention, while there is only a small group of ZoroLu fangirls. :/ What the heck. Don't they know that everytime you do a ZoSan, Ener kills a kitten?
agree, whenever i saw ZoSan or Zoro nearby Sanji (even when Sanji worried about Zoro when he ask Kuma to kill him on that haunted island), its kinda makes me sad... actually, more like angry =P feels like Zoro cheating with Sanji... but we all knew he loves Luffy instead =D (i hope so)
I am absolutely convinced that Zoro loves Luffy in a special way that he doesn't love the rest of his nakama.
My whole interpretation of Sanji's sacrifice for Zoro isn't that he loves Zoro, but that they both love Luffy. But since Sanji is a militant heterosexual, it's Zoro who gets to enjoy the special, sexual relationship he has with Luffy. At any rate, I think Sanji realizes what would happen to Luffy if Zoro died for his sake, and he knows that neither Luffy nor the crew would ever fully recover from the consequences of that. So in order to save Luffy, he offers his sacrifice in Zoro's stead, because he knows just how much Zoro means to Luffy. :D
