I always thought it was interesting that unlike almost every Tales (in fact, unlike almost every other RPG period) the main male and main female characters do NOT end up as a canon couple at the end of the game. I could be cynical and say that's just Namco trying to please the Yuri/Flynn fangirls, but it's appreciated nonetheless. Like Toriumi and Nakahara (Yuri's and Estelle's seiyuu, for those who didn't know) said their relationship is more like newly-found best buds who teach each other a little about how they follow their own paths in life. I dunno, it's hard to describe. But it's another reason I peg Vesp as the best Tales yet.
