I haven't made a knitting post in a while. That's because I spent my whole winter break knitting one hat, and then in the end it turned out incurably wrinkly, and it doesn't fit me. Here is a picture of it anyway:



Since it turned out to be so unsatisfying, I started a new hat:

I am definitely going to need to learn to draw faster at some point. Conversations from yesterday (Ting and Claire are my two friends who are taking the drawing class with me):

Claire: How many drawings are we supposed to do over the weekend?
Ting: Three to four.
Claire: Poor Stacey...
Ting: What?

And, separately:

Me: I just finished the second drawing from class!! It only took me two hours this time.
Ting: ...so that's what Claire meant.

Hopefully it doesn't actually take me six hours to do the drawing assignment...
