Water privatization

amitng, manubhardwaj, mihirsaxena, two others and I initially thought we are going to fraud our project in Infrastructure Appraisal, Financing, Privatization and Regulation (IAFPR). We decided that each of us would put in 4 man hours of work where we would each come up with 4 pages of report and put it together. I thought by privatization,
1) The poor who dint hav access to the supplies bfore will not get it neway now because the rate is doubled and they cant pay tat much. So they don get ne profit at all.
2) The Others who had access already now hav access again but at a price double of wat they paid bfore. So these are again at a loss.

ok you are putting the same argument the commies put.

my funda is earlier whatever was the case the poor didn't have access to good water. now they have THE OPTION to buy it. and i don't think the value of this option is too small.

water is so lowly priced that the others will hardly feel the pinch of the rising rates.
