Attempted AOL Cancellation
The Consumerist just published what they describe as “The Best Thing We Have Ever Posted”. It's an mp3 of a guy on the phone with AOL trying to cancel his account. After listening to it, I actually feel very agitated. I just called an oral surgeon to make an appointment, and I felt angry with her receptionist for no good reason.
“Oh, I bet you'd like me to call back when she's in the office. You know what? Fuck you.”
