I made VSLF dinner on her birthday (yesterday).
Grilled goat cheese salad:
Boiled artichoke with a mayo/lemon/caper dipping sauce. (not pictured)
Creamy mushroom pasta with fava beans and parmesan:
Also ejoyed some cheap-but-more-expensive-than-usual red wine from around the corner:
It was extremely nice.

CONCLUSION: I am a good VSGF.
There was going to be fruit salad (pineapple, melon, blueberries, strawberries) but we were too full. so we had it for breakfast. We did sing some
Karaoke Revolution Party, which was one of her presents.
