Neville is finally on his last leg. There are death rattles coming out of the poor thing. So Matty and I spent an hour yesterday picking out pretty new computer parts from Newegg. Big shiny screen, big shiny motherboard, big shiny box. Lots of shinys. We place the order.
My father gets a phone call the next morning from my credit card company informing him that someone has stolen my credit card and is racking up hundreds of dollars in computer parts online. Thankfully, they were there to cancel the order. Twice. My father calls me frantically, asking why I haven't canceled the card if I've lost it?? And I have to reply (with a straight face) that I was obviously too busy ordering hundreds of dollars in computer parts online to notice it was missing.
I laughed a lot. Until I realized that I don't remember exactly what I ordered, so I'll have to drag poor Matty back over. And I lost my memorial day discount :(
