Is this a survey that I can steal? I am itching to do an illustrated LJ entry but need an excuse!

My only experience with bubble tea has been disgustingly bad.

You have to get a formula down! For instance, I refuse to eat those black tasteless pearls. Ask for lichee jelly instead--it's sweet and delicious. Also, the shakes are often better than the tea, especially mango or passion fruit. I also like coconut flavored black tea with a little milk. Mmm..

My NSP interview was really bad. Apparently people hated me for the question asking, and Jeanne implied that it made it seem like I was slow. She was pretty insulting actually. She then warned that since I'm a graduating senior and a returner that I have two strikes against me. Apparently almost everyone is trying to come back.

Overall I felt really unwelcome. I told her over and over than it takes me awhile to warm up to things and that I'd be hugely better this summer because all my nervous fear of the unknown wouldn't be there...anyhow, it doesn't sound like I'll be in the quad with you guys this summer =/

Hey lady,
Don't worry about it - Jeanne interviews are hugely intimidating. Last year, I didn't think I was going to get hired back. And my first interview -I almost cried. So - don't worry, you'll have plenty of people putting in good words for you. Have a good weekend!

HA! Yeah, I almost teared up a bit when she was like, 'Cirilia, you frusturated people (stern glare)'. She also said that the questions made it seem like I wasn't cognizant. She busted out a fancy word to tell me that I'm slow. Good times! I just told her that I realize my mistake in retrospect and that it would by all means not happen again.

If I don't get that job I might apply to be a peer advisor, so I'd see you guys around anyway.
