Did anybody hear about this scholarship? It's about time.
There are so many double standards in the world. Do you think Carlos Mencia and Dave Chapelle are funny? Do you think Michael Richards was severely out of line in his recent standup act? The only difference is the color of the skin. Black face? Not funny. Ted Danson did black face at Whoopi Goldberg's friar event. That came under heavy criticism. White face? Dave Chapelle does that on his show. These are held to two completely different standards. Ted Danson was never a slave-owner. Dave Chapelle was never a slave. What's the big deal?
Seriously, how many african-american scholarships are available? How many hispanic scholarships? Asian? Native American? Don't give me that hardship stuff. I don't care if you think I'm a bigot or ignorant. The only way to rid the world of racism is to stop the preferential treatment certain people get based upon their background.
