(no subject)
Okie doke, here goes. I've decided to start a LiveJournal. The main things i have on my mind now are my brand new drums. I was very surprised to see my drums got here today, but there was only 4 boxes. There's supposed to be 5. I checked the Packing Label on one of the boxes. The 16" x 14" rack tom is on backorder. I emailed the company I bought it from, and I haven't had a response yet. That's cool though, becuase I can't set my new drumset up because I don't have the new tom arms yet, meaning there's no way to mount them on the rack. I've got a lot of stuff coming over the next week, and it better all come soon. The heads is basically the only thing that I can wait on. Everything else has got to get here. the rack clamps and tom arms are the main concern.
Tomorrow I plan to get the shells over to my mom's house, and possibly positioning everything in the room. I've got a bunch of big Dealer Banners I'm winning on Ebay. The only one I've won so far is the giant Pearl one. It'll be great, and make a good addition to the room, and possibly "spice" up the drum element in that room, rather than having those stupid posters you get at Wal-mart. We're talking about the big vinyl banners you see at Portman's and Annie's. Yeah, it'll be awesome. Yeah, tomorrow's gonna be a big day. I do plan to go to my Mom's house at a fairly early time, and help her out a little. She's so stressed through this whole house ordeal. I plan to give her as much help as I can, whether it be a simple store run, or doing something she's fed up with. That's what I'm doing tomorrow. Then I've got work at 6pm. Joy. It'll be good though.
