how to screw up a car loan.
So I just found out something very interesting today.
A long time ago, I was poor. Very poor. I could not make a few car payments. Then I wasn't as poor - so I started making them. However, I never caught up the 3 that I had missed. So each and every payment hence forth was listed as 90 days late. I, being ignorant, was completely oblivious to this. I was late on one very early this year - because I was just lazy - that got marked 120 days late. The loan has been since paid in full, but my credit will be scarred for quite some time.
