I did make it back to Seattle safely - I just haven't gotten around to posting anything on LJ... until now, obviously.
The trip was fantastic. It would be very nice to still be there and soaking in the atmosphere but I'll just have to make do with reading about it, looking at photos and watching the two remaining games on TV.
France v Portugal wasn't a very pretty game but France got the job done. I'm excited and very nervous about the final - Italy have been playing quite well and look very threatening. If France get the level back up to how they played against Brazil then they stand a good chance. I think this pretty much sums up the Portugal game. Cristiano Ronaldo has so much potential and skill which just makes it all the more depressing to see some of his behaviour. Blech.
I haven't really been doing anything since I got back. Seeing friends, figuring out what to do next week, stuff like that. I need to start working on trivia questions again and get my apartment tidied up for the final on Sunday.
