Not sure if I ever blogged about this so I'm posting it in here.
A couple years ago I entered incorrect bank account information on a form that printed checks for bidpay.com. I found my error, corrected, saved it to our repository and gave a heads up to QA, but it slipped through their hands and the next week I get a link to this news article. They fired the QA guy.
