After reading the premise and listening to Tapping's "English" accent, I had no desire to watch. I watched the season premiere of Super Nanny instead.

they hyped it up so much, I should have known it would suck hard!

I ended up watching most of it last night from lack of options, and wow did it suck. Stilted acting much? I know they're working in green screen for the most part, but damn. Stop making Dustin Diamond look like a skilled actor.

yeah, the whole thing (or what I saw of it) was just really awkward. It kind of felt like none of them really wanted to be there.

I'm pretty impressed with you for even trying it. I saw ONE commerical and was immediately turned off to it. But I guess that's because SG-1 is a tough act to follow ;).

I thought it'd at least be a little interesting, but there wasn't even any good action or anything. It was just so boring and didn't even make any sense.

Yeah, no, like I remember watching it back when the download was available and like Amanda is great, but like, no.

The only good things were Kavan and David and hopefully now that it's on scifi I can get screencaps of that scene and icon.

The David in my icon. Mister Hewlett himself. There was a wonderful scene where he's all crazy and Detective Major Lorne is like grr and they're both like grr to each other and they're standing really, really close.

Okay, my Rodney/Lorne is showing.

But yeah, I downloaded it just because one of my friends said that was going to happen. I know I'm not making this up.

I suffered through the whole thing (though I was falling asleep by the end) and kept annoying my parents by shouting "He's Daniel Jackson!"

I'm going to give it another shot next week (because I'm a masochist) in case it's better/faster-paced in an hour format. Yeah....

I hate Daniel Jackson so much, but even he deserved to be copied better.

he was such a skinny non-interesting daniel jackson. even at daniel's most annoying - he was better than this dude.
