The Becker-Posner Blog

Dec 05, 2004 20:50

He's a Nobel Prize-winning economist.  He's a famed legal scholar and federal judge.  Together they fight crime write a blog.  As of today, that is.  [once again, via MeFi]

It's a collaboration between economist Gary Becker and federal circuit judge Richard Posner.  Posner I've heard of, and I get a vaguely warm and pleasant feeling when I hear his name; Becker is unfamiliar to me.  He was even unknown to Matt Haughey, who helped code the site: "I knew who Posner was, but figured the Becker guy was 'some old man, probably a colleague' as I told a friend."  So this is Becker's big chance to step out into the limelight and finally make something of his life.  I'm already subscribed to the newsfeed.  I can't wait to read what they have to say.
