I am writing to let you know that the feature film Enlighten Up! opens this Friday at the Sundance Cinemas. This film was shot throughout the US and India and captures the "skeptic's journey into the world of yoga." The making of this movie has been a long journey (5 years) and from the beginning, Enlighten Up! has been an independent effort. We have found that Enlighten Up! sparks a conversation among practitioners and non-practitioners alike about yoga, practice and transformation.
