Strangetown round 1: La Fiesta Tech, Oresha-Hoh-Var & Tri-Fruhm

First Semester - Oresha-Hoh-Var:
This is what the Fraternity looked like before downstairs...
...and upstairs.
I didn´t change too much, but I sold some things, the expensive clock for example, and gave most of the rooms new wodden floors.
I also sold one double bed and two single beds. They don´t need more beds right now anyway. No more carpets either, only wodden floor.

Everyone´s LTW. Matthew wants to marry off 6 children, Guy wants to become a Visionary and Mickey wants to see 3 children graduate from College (in other words he doesn´t want them to do what he has done).
When you start playing, Mickey Dosser, who is both lazy and sloppy, is on academic probation. He wanted to get on the Dean´s list though, so he was immediately sent to study.
Matthew was sent to the shopping center to buy new clothes for everyone. There the first dormie to enter the secret society showed up.
Matthew got a make-over that he was really happy about.
Jessie Pilferson is a friend of Matthew when the game starts (and she has a crush on him), so when she showed up they did some research together.
Matthew is (like everyone in that Fraternity!) sloppy, and didn´t bother to put his book away properly despite being on a community lot...
I have played this Fraternity briefly several times, and one odd thing is that they all consider each other as friend, but the short time
relationship is under 50 for everyone. When they interact with each other, the friend flag will disappear.
Mickey was given a make over, and looked satisfied. Last time I played La Fiesta Tech, I didn´t have meetme2therivers templates, and when I found out that he had a borked face template I killed him. Still feel bad about that... This time I want to make it up for him and give him a good life.
I don´t see him as a genuine romance sim, so I gave him family as secondary (a combination I really like). This was also the reason to his LTW.

Matthew was simultaneously working with his term paper and can now happily see it´s done.

After the WooHoo, Mickey finally knew what he wanted to study.
Matthew talks with Stella Terrano, who het met via the campus catalogue.
Mickey is a cutie, especially when he eats;-)
Mickey is not allowed to take showers because of the puddles he makes, but I think a lazy guy like him prefers long relaxing baths anyway. :D
This is one of the things sims can do that I wish you could do in RL! XD
I forgot to put the face template replacements into the game, and this ugly professor was spawned.
Matthew made friends with Stella on the phone, but it apparently wasn´t enough for her to accept his invitation.
I honestly don´t know what that though bubble is supposed to mean. Sims do it if they get interrupted while preparing food, despite the fact that they actually are able to leave the food and continue later.
Mickey just wrote what probably was his very first term paper ever!
I wanted all of the three boys to make friends, so they spent the night together with the bubble blower (I have the hack that makes it social).
Not in love yet, but they really want to be close to eachother. I find that interaction very cute BTW:-)
Next day Matthew and Stella´s LTR are higher and Stella gladly accepts the invitation.
This is what ACR Stella desided to do immediately after she arrived. Matthew had nothing against it. Not at all (it also fulfilled his want of having the very first kiss).

Mickey: You know, if they at least could pick you up with a bus in college too I wouldn´t be on academic probation.

Meanwhile Matthew and Stella´s date is getting realyl good...

Matthew wants Stella to enter the Fraternity, but I think I´ll stick with boys only in Fraternities and girls only in Sororities, like all
the Maxis Greek Houses are made.
Matthew and Guy test the new chessboard, while Mickey is away on his first class.

Despite farting in her presence, Stella finds Mickey hot.
Guy invites his friend Frances over. I know a decent amount of simmers hook them up, but in my hood they have a negative chemistry.
Mickey has higher chemistry with Frances though so they sat down and talk. It seems like Frances is a good influence for Mickey, making him more interested in school:-)
Later that night Stella calls and asks for Matthew.
She wants a new date in city, and of course I he can´t resist.
Perhaps not the most entertaining to place to visit, but for some reason I like to send my dates there. Matthew gossips about his other romantic interest, Sarah Love.

Matthew is now "official" in love with Stella (and Stella fell in love earlier on).
Matthew is a family sim, so it wasn´t hard to get him to roll an engagement want. Stella eventually rolled it too, so...
The date obviously was great. :D
Stella is so happy she just have to let everyone know of the engagement.
Mickey doesn´t have any problems with his self-confidence...
Guy isn´t too loyal and tells Matthew some secret about Mickey.

First Semester - Tri-Fruhm:
This is how the first floor in the Sorority looked like...
...and second floor.
Again, I didn´t change much of the first floor. But I added a second bathroom, since I figured one can´t be enough in a sorority.
I changed a bit more on the second floor. The bathroom was made a bit smaller, an extra (currently empty) bedroom was added, and the two bedrooms at the left were made bigger so each of them could fit a double bed.

Everyone´s LTW. Everyone except for Monica originally wanted to become celebrity chefs. Monica wanted to become a City Planner. After rerolling, Jessie kept her original LTW, while Sarah now wants to become Chief of Staff, DJ an Icon and Monica a Minister of Education.
There apparently is something admirable about Jessie...

Monica goes to the shopping center, where she meets Klara Vonderstein. They had two bolts, so I was excited to see what they autonomously would do...
...it was nothing romantic from Monica though.
Monica wants to know if Klara also would like the college to build a hight tower like the ones Sim State has. Klara likes the idea.
The agreement apparently wasn´t enough for Monica though, who decided to start an argument...
...and insult poor Klara.
Klara: Who does that girl think she is? She can´t be normal. Silly me who first though she was cute.
Mickey Dosser is much more pleasant, and hangs out with a very pale girl.
I don´t know how Monica managed to talk Klara into playing after what happend...
Back at home Sarah has gotten a little make-over...

I love the hack that lets sims watch TV from all chairs, but I don´t get it why Monica chosed the sofa at the other end of the room, instead of the sofa closest to the TV...

Sarah: You are so disgusting! You make me lose my appetite before I have even started to eat!

Next up to belch is DJ. Even if you can´t see it here, Monica got very disgusted too.
This is why I normally don´t allow sloppy sims to take showers, unless I have the real puddle suckers by MogHughson.
You clean that up, Jessie!

Me: So you expect someone else to wipe up your pee?
Jessie: Of course not! But I think the puddles can stay. It´s a bathroom after all and there will be new ones next time anyway!
Me: You clean that up, Jessie!
Jessie: Do you treat all your sims like that!? Then you shouldn´t be allowed to play!
Monica doesn´t seem to be too interested in college aged sims, so I sent her to Strangetown in hope of finding someone more mature. Joining her in the hot tub is the teenaged Ripp and a college boy though, so no luck yet.
Chloe Curious enjoys a refreshing swim, and Gunnar Roque joins her.
Darkness arrives, and so does an evil witch and a pregnant Pascal Curious. Pascal... here is your chance to meet an older guy, Monica!

...and while Monica talks to Pascal, Chloe talks to the witch...
...until she feels the scent of freshly prepared hot dogs. They were not too tasty though.
It turns out the "guilty" one was Gunnar Roque. He probably doesn´t have one single cooking point.
Home again, Jessie is on the phone with Mickey Dosser.
Monica was totally exhausted after the long trip to Strangetown, but luckily there is espresso.
An annoying Llama Mascot destroys the study environment for DJ. Seriously, can´t they at least come up with a new song?
Jessie is not the best chef in the world, and the kitchen is already a mess thanks to her.
Next morning Jessie calls Mickey. She really likes him, but it took quite a while until he liked women again.
Then he was more than happy to follow her up to the bedroom...
Jessie´s first woohoo and Mickey´s second. :)
The annoying mascots wont let my sims have any privacy at all...
DJ can now make fast friends.
Sarah made an assignment and used the kitchen table. As a result DJ and Jessie thought they could´t use the same table to eat and decided to eat at the outside table instead. Must be some bug, and it´s pretty annoying.
Sarah has gotten fit from her swimming session.
Cheerleadar: Help! I feel horrible and I don´t know why!
Liar! Pascal is not at work - he´s heavily pregnant and at home.
About a sim hour later Pascal was available, and Monica invited him and Vidcund over.
Jessie wanted to be polite and greeted the guests. This is how she was responded.
Monica and Vidcund talks about a hot dormie while Sarah sits down and talk to Pascal.
I thought Monica and Vidund could be a good match, but Vidcund makes it clear which girl he prefers...
...and Sarah decides to talk to Vidcund about flowers, while Monica talks to Pascal.
When Sarah said goodbye to Vidcund they kissed each other goodbye:-)
Monica had her final examam earlier than the other three girls, and she got on Dean´s List.
Sarah tries to fix the broken shower, and doesn´t notice the streaker.
Looks like Jessie walks to her own execution. But don´t worry - I only told her to watch TV! :D
So all the four girls got on Dean´s List. Seriously; it´s way to easy. I have harder college grades, but all my sims get on Dean´s List
anyway. It is almost harder not to get on the list than to get on it...
->On to part two <-
