When did it get to be October??

So Fall is kinda here, despite the fact that its like 86 degrees out today... I'm excited for Fall, but its odd not to have a huge shift in my daily activity... aka I would normally be in Muncie going to classes, etc... But, nope. I'm still in Evanston, working 2 days a week with the Spengels and picking up random hours of work whenever I can. Today I'm in Old Town with two cute-as-button twin 13 month old girls. Its the same fam that I plugged in with last summer for my sister, but that was for the 3 year old girl... now there are two more and the 3 year old is at pre-school. Anyway, the Spengels have applied for a daycare stipend from the state for Vinnie and if they get it, I'll get more days of work with them... Meaning, I'll hopefully be able to have ONE solid job as opposed to scrounging around for anything. And, most importantly, with a steady income, I can MOVE OUT!!!!! Which brings me to that whole deal... moving out.

The sooner the better... I love my parents, really, I do. But I'm over it. I need to be in the city to feel like I'm not wasting my life away in the suburbs. I feel disconnected from the theatre world, especially, which is NOT what I want right now... Showcase stuff is getting underway and I'm super motivated and excited, but just... yeah, feeling disconnected. Anyway, so with the whole moving out situation, it looks like I'm on the market for roommates now... Ashley-bo-bashley is going to law school in the fall of '06 and most likely moving in with the beau... So, Ball State folks in Chicago, give me updates on your living situations! I've been saying that I would hopefully be able to make a move by Christmastime/early 2006... and I'm still aiming for that with high hopes. *crosses fingers*
