11/20 - Food & Exercise Log - 2 Meatless - & Weigh In

Meatless Breakfast -  16 oz. water with lime juice
                     12 oz. coffee with lowfat goat milk
                     3/4 cup muesli with 1/2 cup lowfat goat milk

Snack - 1/2 cup Thai noodles with mixed steamed veggies

Meatless Lunch - 2 cups romaine lettuce, dressed with blue cheese crumbles, craisins, and balsamic vinegrette
               1/2 homemade lowfat banana cranberry muffin
                1 snack-size 3 Snickers (you know...the teensy size)

Snack - 1/2 green bell pepper with hummus
                1 cup coffee with steamed milk

Dinner - 1 crab cake
                1 cup steamed asparagus
                3/4 cup baked apple with cranberries and oatmeal

Hydration - Total of 100 oz. water for today

Exercise - 2 miles power walking at Bally's
                   Circuit strength training with free weights and machines

Weight this morning - 158.8  (Yeah!  Down another notch!)
