Breakfast - 12 oz. coffee with lowfat goat milk
1 slice homemade lowfat banana cranberry bread
Lunch - Chicken & Cheese sandwich on whole wheat
1 avocado, drizzled with virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze
1 cup apple & cranberry crisp
Post Run Snack - 1/4 of a Stinger protein bar
1-1/2 multi-grain Quaker cakes (kind of like a puffed rice cake)
Dinner - 1-1/2 cups tomato soup, garnished with cheddar
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 baked apple
1 Milk Dud (yeah, just one)
Water sipped today : 72 oz. thus far
Exercise - 10 mile Long Run
