Tell us something interesting about you: I'm a 28 year old, aspiring photographer, mother to 5 children all under the age of 9.  I did the couch to 5k and just ran my first 5k Saturday!

ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS:
How long have you been on a weight-loss plan?: Since I had my last baby in June.

Are you on any sort of diet plan, such as Weight Watchers?: No just trying to eat reasonably, which the past few weeks I have NOT been doing a very good job of.

What are some of your favorite healthy foods?: Salsa, romaine lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots
What are your favorite junk foods?: Chocolate
What are your favorite forms of exercise?: swimming, biking, running (in that order) (i'm training for a triathlon)
What are your LEAST favorite forms of exercise?: weight training
What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight?: I'm sick of hating pictures of myself, I'm sick of clothes not looking like they should, I want my kids to see a healthy fit mom not a slugish fat one, I want to be a MILF. ;)

GIVE US YOUR OPINION ON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TOPICS:
Eating Disorders, Fad Diets (like Atkins, etc.), BMI (is it accurate?)
Fad Diets...  Such a colossal waste of time, money, and just making all of us fatter on "diet" at a time.  One thing I have learned is that it's got to be a lifestyle change.  Period.  There is no magic.

COMMUNITY STUFF:
Why did you join this community?: I saw some people taking about it in the runners community.  It sounded interesting.  Also I've been looking for an ACTIVE weight loss community.  After doing some reading this one looked to fit the bill.  :)
Do you think you will remain active in the community?: I think so.  I'm in this for the LONG haul!
