I didn't get to make a post this morning, but I met all the goals that I set out to accomplish today.
-C25K Week 4 AND an exercise DVD.
-100+ oz of water.
-40 pushups
-100 crunches
-Do at least 2 different sets of makeup.
Exercise:
50 minutes of C25K Week 4
45 minutes of The Firm: Total Body Time Crunch
Food:
2 egg omelet with slice of American cheese
Polish sausage and home fries
Cheese filled crumb coffeecake
Goals for tomorrow:
C25K or an exercise DVD
64oz water
New makeup look for my eyes
We'll see if I feel like more tomorrow
