Weekly theme

I have a couple of far off goals: scale/body size related and non-scale related.

Scale: To be 140 pounds again. I've been a smaller weight, but I was happy being 140 and, at the time, could maintain it pretty easily. I didn't feel like my body was perfect, but I was satisfied with the way I looked in clothes. I'm in the 190s now, so I know it's going to take a long time to get to this goal.

Non-scale: To be able to run for half an hour without stopping. I recently started Couch to 5K. It's tiring, but going well so far. I'm on week 3, and it seems that running for 3 minutes straight is challenging. I think this goal will happen sooner than my scale goal, but I know that I still have a long way to go
