my first member post!

Hi!

I am excited to start posting in here. So my starting weight is 157.3 pounds. my goal - 145. it will probably change accordingy.  This will be the last week where I'll be free to workout in the gym as much as possible because starting Oct 20 i am going to be working full time so don't be suprised if you see posts where i worked out a lot.

My daily goals:
64 oz of water
2 mile jog/run at 6.0 or greater on the treadmill
weight lifting
swim 30 min

breakfast: green beans/mushrooms with fish curry, banana

P.S. I'm not really sure if I am supposed to be doing something specifically? I'm trying to follow suit so if I should add or remove anything please let me know. Thank you!
