Breakfast Ideas

 So one of my favorite ways to eat my breakfast meal is as follows:

1 cup diced strawberries (0-1 weight watchers points) 


1 cup soy yogurt (due to alergies, but you could use real yogurt too) (about 2-3 weight watchers points)


1/2 cup Special K or other cereal (WW points vary) 


All mixed together. I don't like soggy cereal, so this is GREAT, it's crunchy, VERY filling, and OH so good!
