Ah yeah... I vaguely remember that. Man, NGML is just a blur in my mind. Of course, the infinite prevention in SG is all Mike, not me. There might be some fraction of a percent of the actual fighting mechanics that's me, but I'm really just that audio guy (that's sometimes forced to do other things...!)
You're teaching as well as composing now? Wow. Either I didn't know that before, or I'd seen you mention it and I'd forgotten.
Good to know you're still kicking it in your profession(s) of choice, in any case! ... I'd kinda like to know which game it is you're working on, but something tells me you can't just come out and tell us. At least not until it's out (maybe).
(My tastes in fighting games have been expanding lately, so it may be one that I'm thinking of picking up.)
Oh wow. O.O I'd heard about that one (saw something about it on Kotaku, I think) and it caught my interest.
Knowing that you're working on it does even more to interest me. +.+ Definitely need to pick this up when it comes out ... whenever that's going to be.

Audio director means I've done a whole lot of stuff on there, including music composing. Mostly sound design and scripting, but also composition, a little voice recording and direction, even some audio and UI programming. When it's a small team making a game, people often take on multiple roles as the situation requires.
