Those of you who've been reading this lj for a while may remember the Mask of Justice. The rest of you will just have to page 25 back a time or two. The Golden Age campaign I originally designed him for had an opening, and this time he was selected!
Of course, I don't think it hurt that he's replacing a very similar character. (Two-fisted pulp hero with minor powers.)
