A last thought before bed.
It's been "I Blog Against Racism Week" this last week, just in case your friendslist hadn't already popped that information up for you.
There's not much I can say that's new or different on the subject--search around, there have been some really interesting posts. Indeed, thanks to white male privilege, I can often just pretend that racism isn't an important problem, or one that's already being handled just fine.
But then I see that there are still people who haven't quite grasped even the basics of the subject. There's clearly still a need to put it in the simplest terms possible.
So. Racism is bad. Don't do it.
