Miracle at St Anna ****
This was a very decent film, and I would be surprised if it didn't get an Oscar nod or two. The plot was well-constructed, and there were characters all along the sympathy spectrum on every side of the conflict. I expected a lot more flashing back and forth between the 1983 storyline and the 1944 one, but it works the way it is, with the 1983 story bracketing the rest of it. Very good and thought-provoking stuff.
