Greek Chicken!!!

I am making Greek Chicken. IN MY HOTEL ROOM!!!!! Unfortunately, I've bolloxed up the tzatziki sauce. Apparently "plain" yogurt is different from "plain unsweetened" yogurt. Bleh. Never had that happen before.

Edit: Garlic tastes like little tiny slices of heaven.... And it's ALL MINE!!!

Edit: And now I have rice pudding. With spices. And molasses. Almost three quarts of the stuff. Mmmm....
