New stuffs - bugz an clothes
I has joined facebook (ptoooey) but I think I only did so due to having had a glass of wine and was wonkyish. Ah well tis done now.
News....
I has bugz!
Went a bit mental on ebay and bought myself a lot of bugz. I now have three species of stick insects eating privet and bramble like nobody's biz. Also has ummm well an awful lot of praying mantis in various stages of development. The little ghosties (Phyllocrania paradoxa, now there's posh!) are above my monitor so I can see them. They are currently my favourites as they are immensely gothtastic. All black and shiny with silver eyes and spiky bits *squee* but I also have Sphodromantis aurea, Pseudemposa pinnapavonis, Parasphendale sp. and Polyspilota aeruginosa as well as Miomantis sp. and Creobroter gemmatus ootheca waiting to hatch. If you want to know what they look like you can jolly well Google it
at least until I get my camera functioning for macros LOL. Well other than the Budwings which are adults and ready for breeding they are all teeny weeny.
In addition to all the bugz that eat other bugz I has bug food. This consists of fruit flies and little crickets. The downside to this is they sometimes get away from me when I'm trying to feed the more expensive and prettier bugz. I has fruit flies trying to get in my wine and crickets that drive the cat insane on the stairs. My housemate is not best chuffed with the bug fest I have going on here. I think she's just hanging on in there in the sure knowledge that next year I will be buuying a groovy house and she won't have to worry about somewhere to live!
The other stuff I has gone mental on ebay with is lots and lots of pretty clothes and footwear
I has discovered the joys of latex clothing and some of you might have seen my latest purchases ( oh the squee of it!) While I promised faithfully that I would spend no more, having already annhililated the best part of somebody else's monthly wages, I am in fact a faithless spending whore and bought some more stuffs. If I don't look like a sack of shit you may well see me in teh new stuffs at some point too. Otherwise I'll keep em in a box till I have shed another stone or two LOL
