What are your health and fitness goals for 2010?
Do you have a plan for how to achieve them?

My health & fitness goals for this year may seem a bit extreme to a lot of people but, to me they are very important..
As for the health side, My eating habits are going to change along with the choices I make before letting food enter my mouth.. I am going to pick up my old habit of drinking about to over a gallon of tea a day, along with taking my diuretics ((they are prescription)).. Then to the food part...((I honestly hate this part)), I think the more strict I am the better off i will be.. I plan on going vegetarian only because the restriction is above and beyond awesome, the options are healthier..
Now on for Fitness, Well I think it is time for me to head outdoors and just forget about people staring and get out there and soak up the fresh air.. I plan on swimming all summer long, going on a mile walk every night.. I will be doing yoga and tai chi every morning and every evening.. along with meditation.. I plan to get into a Mixed Martial Arts group and train tri-weekly with them, then pick up on my dancing and fit in running around outdoors with my children and helping with activities to help them with learning better daily routines..

this is all just the beginning..
